These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Exam Pass, operated by Avilonai Inspire (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at exampass.com.ng. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
By accessing or using Exam Pass, you confirm that you are at least 10 years old (or using the platform with parental consent if under 13), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. Parents or guardians accepting on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for the minor’s use of the platform.
Exam Pass is a digital educational technology platform that provides:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) simulations for JAMB UTME, WAEC, NECO, and other Nigerian examinations
- A bank of past examination questions across multiple subjects from 2010 to 2025
- AI-powered tutoring and answer explanation features
- Performance tracking, analytics, streaks, and gamification tools
- Digital learning resources and study guides
The platform is intended purely for educational and exam preparation purposes.
When you create an account on Exam Pass, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Use only one account unless expressly authorised otherwise
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.
Exam Pass offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Subscription fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are billed in advance
- Monthly plan: ₦4,500 per month
- Yearly plan: ₦29,000 per year
- Payments are processed securely through Paystack
- Subscriptions automatically grant access to premium features for the duration of the plan
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice to existing subscribers
- Price changes will not affect your current active subscription period — they take effect at renewal
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You are purchasing digital access to educational content and platform features
- Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation
- The digital nature of the product means standard return or exchange policies do not apply
- You have reviewed the features included in your chosen plan before completing the purchase
(a) Duplicate transactions — where you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
(b) Verified technical errors — where a confirmed fault on our part prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, despite multiple attempts.
To request a refund under an eligible circumstance:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction
- Include your transaction reference, registered email address, and a description of the issue
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Paystack.
You agree to use Exam Pass only for its intended educational purposes. You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Share your account access or facilitate multiple users on a single account
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose not authorised by us
All content on Exam Pass — including but not limited to question banks, explanations, UI design, branding, software, graphics, and AI responses — is the intellectual property of Avilonai Inspire or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Past examination questions sourced from public bodies (JAMB, WAEC, NECO) remain the property of those respective bodies. Our curation, presentation, explanations, and analysis constitute our own original work.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the platform for your own educational purposes only.
Exam Pass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that:
- Any specific examination questions will appear in your actual examination
- Use of the platform will guarantee any particular examination result
- The platform will be available without interruption or error at all times
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avilonai Inspire’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of Exam Pass shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we cease operating the platform. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately and no refund will be issued except in the circumstances outlined in Section 6.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through an in-app notice or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Exam Pass shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
